Koh Lanta geht. Wir freuen uns auf das Pimalai Ressort.
Waking time this
morning: 4.30am. a big step forward. After that action replay. (pool and breakfast, both again top classes)
Then Shiva’s husband Stefan and Sascha arranged a tennis match from 11am until
1pm. The biggest opponent was the heat and the flooring which was more a
skating rink than a tennis court. On top of that there was this constant
Thai-music all over the place, so it is not surprising the match level was
pretty poor. But it was great anyway and the artificial hip did survive...
Another surprising discovery and another proof how small the world is: we found
out that Stefan did have swimming competitions with Tanja (Saschas sister) in
the past – incredible, isn’t it? The kids spent all the time in or near the pool,
which was very advisable in this temperature anyway. We had than lunch together
in Sizzler, very good food, very bad service... After an ice-cream for the kids
we spent the rest of the afternoon with table tennis, badminton, swimming,
bicycling, tricycling and lots more. The farewell was especially hard for Janis
again. It’s always impressing to see how easy kids get together, even the
little Neyla was completely integrated. Just great. After a bath in the hotel,
Janis and Neyla fell asleep just after 8 pm (sun, fresh air, lots of
impressions, new contacts, that’s just fantastic.) Now we have to pack again L as we continue our trip
to Koh Lanta tomorrow at 8 am. We are looking forward to the Pimalai Resort
