Jetlag besser? keineswegs... also mussten wir uns etwas einfallen lassen, wie wir die Kinder richtig erschöpfen können... viel laufen, viel frische Luft, viele Eindrücke. Da bieten sich die Universal Studios von Singapur doch gerade an...
Nach einem doch gwöhnungsbedürftigen Frühstück ging es dann also ab auf die Sentosa Insel, wo die Universal Studios stehen. Wie in Amerika, einfach mit mehr Chinesen... Wir haben dann einen zweiten Kinderwagen gemietet, in der Hoffnung, dass die beiden einen kleinen Mittagsschlaf machen, dieser Plan ist aber wieder mal nicht aufgegangen. Also sind wir quer über den ganzen Park und haben uns so ziemlich alles angeschaut, was für die Kinder von Interesse war. Mit der Konsequenz dass wir Eltern hundemüde waren und die Kinder noch aufgedrehter als sowieso schon.
Am Abend hat uns Patrick dann zu einem Taiwanesen entführt mit dem Hinweis, noch keiner seiner Besucher hat Singapur verlassen, ohne diese Küche probiert zu haben... auch hier wieder ein Volltreffer... Absolut super köstlich.
Jetlag any better? No way... we had to find a way to exhaust the Kids... lot of fresh air. Lots of Walking, lots of impressions... Best opportunities to test the universal Studios of Singapore! After a rather - we would say "special" - breakfast, we went to the Sentosa island, where the universal studios are. Just like in America, but a lot more Chinese.... we then rent an additional stroller, hoping the Kids would have a Little nap in the afternoon, but again, this plan did not work out. So there was no other way to walk across the whole park and check out every single attraction that was worth seeing for the Kids. The consequence of it was that the parents were exhausted and the Kids even more hype than before.
In the evening we then met Patrick again whose duty (according to him) it was to introduce us to the Taiwanese kitchen. Again, absolutely delicious.
